When you eat KFC do you always have a problem with the fats and oils?
Well, I do!
And I've found the perfect way to rid of all the disguesting oils!

Abit time-consuming though.




The 5 steps of eating KFC to a Healthy Lifestyle

Step 1: Tear the delicious slice of chicken out.

Step 2: Lay sheets of serviette under the slice of oil chicken.

Step 3: Use the serviette to "roll-cover" the chicken slice.

Step 4: SQUEEZE!!! Squeeze hard as you would a pimple!!!

Step 5: Uncover the chicken meat. Examine closely to ensure total drainage of oil.

Opps. A very gentle reminder:

Dont forget to change a fresh piece of serviette frequently. Just look at how drenched with oil the serviettes at the bottom are:
